Job summary

Kids First Services, Inc. in the Buffalo area is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs & RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy.

This part-time, in-person role works closely with a BCBA to support skill development and promote positive progress in children.

You will track progress, maintain a safe environment, and grow your career through free 40-hour RBT training, certification exam reimbursement, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Experience with children preferred.
• Willing to obtain RBT certification within 3 weeks.
• Reliable, patient, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
