Job summary

Master Faster Inc. is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum. Positions involve home and community-based settings, with supervision from BCBA/LBA professionals to implement treatment plans and monitor progress.

The role supports daily living, social, communication, and learning skills while aiming to reduce challenging behaviors. Competitive hourly wages and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience working with preschool and elementary school children.
• Experience working with children with Special Needs, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement tailored Treatment Plans to promote skill development for children with Autism.
• Collect data on the child’s progress using a web app.
• Complete Daily Session Notes.

Master Faster Inc, a growing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) agency, is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum in home and community-based settings. Professionals will work alongside a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA, LBA) to carry out the therapeutic treatment plan. As a BT, your work will contribute to the child’s growing achievements in daily living, social, communication, learning skills and decrease in problematic behaviors.

Schedule Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00-8:00 Saturday 10:00-1:00
