Job summary

Wisconsin Early Autism Project is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children who have autism, delivering ABA therapy and play-based activities to build communication, confidence, and independence.

You’ll join a collaborative team, receive paid training, and have opportunities for professional growth while making a meaningful impact in families’ lives.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

Physical requirements vary based on specific client assignments.You are expected to be able to complete all physical requirements of the position either with or without a reasonable accommodation. This role may require youto push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly in response to client needs. This role requires the ability to frequently changephysicalpositions throughout the day, including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running.This role requires youto maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to support a safe environment.
