Job summary

Wisconsin Early Autism Project is looking for a compassionate Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism using ABA therapy. In this role, you will help build communication and independence while tracking progress and collaborating with a supportive team.

In addition to a competitive hourly rate starting at $16, we offer paid training, up to 15 days of PTO after 90 days, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Physical Requirements

Physical requirements vary based on specific client assignments.You are expected to be able to complete all physical requirements of the position either with or without a reasonable accommodation. This role may require youto push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly in response to client needs. This role requires the ability to frequently changephysicalpositions throughout the day, including walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, and occasionally running.This role requires youto maintain continuous visual supervision and auditory awareness of clients to support a safe environment.
