A leading healthcare provider is looking for a Behavior Technician to work with individuals facing behavioral challenges, including autism. This role involves implementing behavior plans, collecting data for evaluations, and working closely with clinical supervisors to enhance clients' skills and well-being. Salary $21 - $25 per hour
The Behavior Technician works one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays and behavioral health challenges. They implement the Behavior Plan (BP) designed and maintained by the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in areas including language/communication, social and play skills, self-help skills, and de-escalation of challenges behaviors. The BT collects quantifiable data and narrative summaries necessary for the Clinical Supervisor to evaluate the effectiveness of the BP in achieving identified goals and objectives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
