Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Behavior Technician in Reading, PA to join our schools program as a contract-full-time position. The role supports students with special needs, delivering educational and behavioral services and collaborating with school professionals to reach learning goals.

You will work approximately 37.5 hours per week at a pay rate of $22 per hour, with health and other benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs.
• Collaborate with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
