Amergis is seeking a School Behavior Aide in Lancaster, PA. This contract-full-time position supports educational and behavioral services in schools, working with children and adults with special needs to help achieve learning and behavioral goals.

The role requires a high school diploma and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements; CPR, TB screening as applicable; and collaboration with school staff and behavioral specialists to implement plans.

The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
