Job summary

May Institute in Randolph, MA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy at our Center Home Based Services location. You will work daytime and early evening hours, delivering evidence-based interventions to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills, and track progress with BSPs.

You’ll collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to refine plans, collect data, and support families, while maintaining reliable transportation for travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience; travel is required.
  • Experience: prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player: capable of working independently and with a team.
  • Learning Mindset: passion for evidence-based ABA practices.

Behavior Technician- Center Home B based Services Randolph, MA Daytime and Early Evening Hours Available |Full-Time & Part-Time

As a BT at our Randolph Center, you’ll provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You’ll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. You’ll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment.
