Bright Pathways ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 in the child’s home or community in Odessa, TX, with part-time or full-time options. This role centers on building a connected, regulated life for children and their families.

You’ll collaborate with BCBA partners, support families, and contribute to a compassionate, human-centered care approach with real flexibility and growth opportunities.

Behavior Technician – Odessa, TX (In-Home / Part-time or Full-time)
