Job summary

Total Spectrum, part of LEARN Behavioral, is hiring Behavior Technicians in Illinois. No prior experience required—paid training provided to begin one-on-one ABA therapy with children to build communication, confidence, and independence.

You'll work with a supportive team, receive ongoing coaching, and have opportunities for advancement, with PTO and flexible benefits designed for employees and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old on first day of employment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• State-specific RBT requirements listed for various states.

• RBT required before working with clients (no grace period): Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina

• RBT required for candidates without a bachelor�s degree: Massachusetts, New Hampshire
