Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. This part-time role includes a 40-hour paid training and opportunities to grow within a national rehabilitation provider.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience with children, and are willing to obtain RBT certification; training is provided if needed. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with neuro-divergent behaviors.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
• Complies with and follows the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.

We offer an intense 40 hour PAID training program to become a Behavior Technician where you will learn how to implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Posted Salary Range

USD $17.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
