Job summary

Powerback is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician in Berryville, AR, to work 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA and to help teach new skills through ABA therapy.

The role requires 18+ with a HS Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience with children, and completion of a 40-hour RBT training (or provision of training by Powerback). Training, mentorship, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year working with children.
• Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. If training has not been previously completed, training will be provided by Powerback Pediatrics.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ensures all billing is submitted in a timely fashion and the documentation accurately supports the services rendered.
• Updates working availability in the EMR platform and communicates availability changes with their Client Advocate.
• Communicates regularly with Client Advocate and Supervisor as it relates to assigned client(s).
• Complies with and follows the BACB code of ethics as it relates to service delivery and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as required.

We offer an intense 40 hour PAID training program to become a Behavior Technician where you will learn how to implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Posted Salary Range

USD $17.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
