Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence. Paid training provided; no prior experience required.

You’ll join a collaborative team with ongoing support, eligibility for PTO, sick leave, and growth opportunities, including promotion in as little as 3 months. Candidates must be 18+, be eligible to work in the U.S., pass a background check, and have reliable

Qualifications

• RBT required before working with clients (no grace period): Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina
• RBT required within 90 days of hire: Northern California, Maryland, New Mexico, Virginia
• RBT required for candidates without a bachelor’s degree: Massachusetts, New Hampshire
