Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering ABA therapy and play-based activities to boost communication, confidence, and independence.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old on first day of employment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT requirements vary by state: IL/IN/NV/NC before working; CA/MD/NM/VA within 90 days; MA/NH if no bachelor’s degree.
