Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in children’s homes. You will implement individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision and participate in ongoing training to refine ABA techniques.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience, hold a BA or are pursuing related education, and can work on both weekdays and weekends to support families and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Able to work under supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in staff ABA training.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
