Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in psychology, education, human services, or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with developmental or behavioral needs is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to clients in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-building plans as directed by supervising professionals.
• Collect and accurately document session data, observations, and progress notes.
• Use approved strategies to encourage positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Support clients with communication, social, daily living, and self-help skills.
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members to maintain consistency in care.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment at all times.
• Follow organizational policies, confidentiality guidelines, and professional standards.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in psychology, education, human services, or a related field is a plus.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy and consistency.
