Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavioral Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. This role emphasizes compassionate family engagement and precise data collection to guide progress.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of ABA experience or is pursuing related education, holds a BA in a related field, and has weekday and weekend availability. Competitive pay and ongoing training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience required.
• Collect therapy session data and document progress.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff and BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans in homes.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Collect therapy session data and maintain accurate records.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA and coordinate with the supervisory team.
• Maintain weekday and weekend availability.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
