Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency that serves children with autism through in-home and center-based services. We prioritize family engagement and data-driven care.

As a Behavior Technician, you work under a BCBA supervision, delivering one-to-one interventions in clients' homes, collecting data, and communicating with supervisors. Weekday and weekend availability is required, with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Ability to work in homes of children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing ABA training sessions.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
