Job summary

Zoi and Mind Clinics is seeking ABA Therapists-Behavior Interventionists to deliver 1:1 ABA services in clients' homes and in the community under the guidance of a BCBA. You will help children develop new skills and reduce challenging behaviors, documenting progress throughout sessions.

The role requires Spanish bilingual capability, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or higher; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Spanish bilingual required.
• Experience providing ABA services and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in the client’s home.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans created by Supervisors/BCBAs.
• Collect data and write session notes.

Zoi and Mind Clinics is hiring ABA Therapists-Behavior Interventionists committed to providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to individuals with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services are provided in the client's home and in the community. As a Behavior technician, you will be working in the child's home, with a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA, helping the child change behaviors and learn new skills.

• Pay Range: based on degrees, certificates, experience, and languages spoken: $22.50 - $26
• Job/Case Location: El Monte, Montebello, Huntington Park, Vernon, Florence-Graham, South Gate, Bell, Cudahy, Bell Gardens, Commerce, Watts, South LA, Downtown LA, Lynwood, Inglewood, Marina Del Rey, Culver City, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, West Covina, Whittier, San Gabriel Valley, South Gate, Commerce, Boyle Heights, Van Nuys, Panorama City, North Hollywood, and surrounding cities
• Available schedule: Afternoons, M-F: between 2pm - 8pm or at least 3 days of the week (Weekends are optional)
• Office locations: Fontana, CA/ Indio, CA/ Glendale, CA

REQUIREMENTS

• Negative TB test
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Clear criminal background
• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• Available Monday – Friday, in the afternoons/ evenings
• 6 months to 1 year of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Basic knowledge of internet and technology (smart phone, tablet)
