Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a home setting in Herndon, VA. The role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours, 4–5 weekdays, 3:00 p.m.

to 9:00 p.m., with a $23/hour wage and a $500 sign-on bonus for board-certified RBTs. Benefits include free RBT training, access to telemedicine for you and eligible dependents, and growth opportunities within a year-round role.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in care settings.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work with BCBA Supervisor to ensure client progress.
