Job summary

Achievement Beyond Limits, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide individualized ABA services in-home for a 6-year-old child in Hamden, CT. The role involves direct client contact with supervision from a BCBA and requires in-person interaction, not remote work.

Hours are Mon-Fri 2-5 or 2:30-5:30, with competitive pay, performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement. A relevant degree is required; ABA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA and working with children with autism preferred.
• In-home ABA service delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services to a 6-year-old child in Hamden, CT.
• Work under supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• This is a 100% direct service, on-site position in-home setting.

Achievement Beyond Limits, LLC is a behavior health ABA in-home service provider. We are currently seeking a BT providing ABA services for a 6-year-old child in the Hamden area. Hours are Monday through Friday 2-5 or 530. High energy child. Supervision by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will be provided on going. This is 100% direct service, this is not a remote position. Competitive pay, incentive and raises are offered upon review. Experience in ABA and working with children with autism preferred. Must hold an associate or bachelor's degree in the field or related. This is a 1099 private contracting position. Hourly pay is based on education and experience starting at $22 hourly.
