Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health.
Complete BTL1 Certification (company covers program cost).
Reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance.
Relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver ABA therapy one-on-one with children diagnosed with ASD.
Collaborate with Behavior Analysts to implement treatment plans.
Monitor client behavior, document progress, and foster a supportive environment.

Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability optional.
Hours: Must commit to a minimum of 10 hours a week between the hours of 3pm - 8pm, and a consistent schedule for at least 6 months at a time. Some morning hours may also be available.
Spanish preferred, but not required

Pay: $21.00-$22.50
Location: Garden Grove and surrounding areas
Schedule: Part-time, Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability optional.

Due to the nature of this role providing medical care to children in their homes, a background check is required by law. Certain convictions may disqualify candidates based on applicable state and federal regulations.
Reliable Transportation & Valid Automobile Insurance Required
Relevant experience preferred
Must be physically able to sit on the floor and stand for long periods of time
Commitment to a consistent work schedule for at least 6 month intervals

Your Role and Impact:

As a Behavior Technician, you will dive into the heart of our mission, working one-on-one with children diagnosed with ASD. Your role will involve:

Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and our centers.
Collaborating with Behavior Analysts to implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Monitoring client behavior, documenting progress, and fostering a supportive environment for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Being an integral part of a clinical team dedicated to transforming lives through tailored intervention strategies.
