LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Behavior Technician at the Behavior Analysis Center for Autism (BACA) in Fishers, IN. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, track progress, and follow individualized treatment plans, collaborating with a supportive team to foster growth in behavior analysis-related careers.

Paid training in ABA therapy is provided, with opportunities for promotion in as little as 3 months.

What You Have

• At least 18 years old on your first day of employment
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Education Requirement High school diploma or equivalent
• State-Specific RBT Requirements:
  • RBT required before working with clients (no grace period): Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina
  • RBT required within 90 days of hire: Northern California, Maryland, New Mexico, Virginia
  • RBT required for candidates without a bachelor’s degree: Massachusetts, New Hampshire

Physical Requirements

Must be able to walk, run, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, reach, balance, and move quickly as needed. Must push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs., maintain client safety awareness, respond quickly to changes, and safely manage client movement per ABA guidelines. Requires stamina, sustained concentration, effective communication, and ability to work in loud, high-stimulation environments. Must assist with hygiene and toileting as needed.
