BACA, part of LEARN Behavioral, seeks a Behavior Technician in Fishers, Indiana to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism. No prior experience required; paid training provided. You will track progress and follow personalized treatment plans with a collaborative team.

State-Specific RBT Requirements:

In states requiring RBT certification, candidates must obtain and maintain an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential prior to working with clients. Failure to do so may result in delayed assignment or termination of employment.

• RBT required before working with clients (no grace period): Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina
• RBT required within 90 days of hire: Northern California, Maryland, New Mexico, Virginia
• RBT required for candidates without a bachelor�s degree: Massachusetts, New Hampshire
