Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is hiring a Behavior Technician (Part-Time) based in Elk Grove/ Sacramento to work 12-8pm, Monday through Friday.

The role involves 1:1 support for children with autism or developmental delays in home, clinic, or school settings, focusing on communication, social, play, and daily living skills. We offer $20-$24 per hour, with potential increase after achieving Training and RBT certification.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or to be obtained within 6 months.
• Experience working with children in ABA or related settings is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in home, clinic, and school environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through structured activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician at BTS, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism or developmental delays to build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play-based activities. Sessions take place in the child's home, clinic, or school, lasting 2-3 hours. We tailor your caseload to fit your availability and match you with age groups you're comfortable with, from toddlers to teens.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Delivering one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities
• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately
