Job summary

New Patterns ABA - MA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support in-home and community-based ABA therapy for individuals with autism. You will implement BIPs, collect data on progress, and assist with daily living and social skills while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records and adapting to changing priorities, and you will work as part of a collaborative, client-centered team in various community settings.

About the Role:

  • Implementing and maintaining individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collecting and recording data on behavior and progress towards goals
  • Assisting individuals with daily living skills, social skills, and other adaptive behaviors
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless integration of therapy services
  • Maintaining accurate, detailed records and reports

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field or certification in ABA preferred
  • Minimum of 0 years of experience in the field of ABA; experience working with individuals with autism or related disorders a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
