Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one ABA services in the homes of children with autism in Dobson, NC. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing intervention plans and collecting data to monitor progress.

The role requires at least 1 year of ABA experience and a BA in a related field or active pursuit of relevant education. Weekday and weekend availability and collaborative team support are provided.

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• BA in a related field or currently pursuing relevant education.
• Strong communication and data-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff ABA training.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory BCBA and team.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

About The Position

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data

Location: Dobson, NC

Schedule: Monday to Friday 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

Gender: Male, 10 years old.
