Lighthouse Kids in Columbia, TN is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and help clients progress across clinic, home, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor's degree in psychology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing one-on-one therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism or other developmental disorders under the ongoing supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs are responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans (BIP) and collecting data to monitor and ensure the best possible client outcomes.We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive work environment where employees are valued and heard. As a member of our RBT team, we commit to you:* **Paid RBT Training Courses and Reimbursed Exam Fees-** RBT training can be expensive, so Lighthouse Kids has you covered. All RBT courses are purchased and provided to you at no cost to you. Additionally, Lighthouse Kids will reimburse your RBT application fee and your first RBT exam fee.* **Employer Sponsored Benefits-** For all full-time employees, we offer a full array of benefits including: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability.* **Short Sessions-** All direct sessions are kept to a 4 hour maximum. Over 90% of direct sessions are between 3-3.5 hours long.* **Paid Holidays-** All full-time Lighthouse Employees are paid for the following holidays at their regular hourly rate: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and 1 Floating Holiday.
