We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing one‑on‑one therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism or other developmental disorders under the ongoing supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs are responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans (BIP) and collecting data to monitor and ensure the best possible client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct one‑on‑one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in the development of behavior support plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLP, OT, PT) to ensure consistent and effective treatment

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor's degree in psychology (preferred)
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records
• Adherence to regularly scheduled clients with minimal disruption to treatment protocols and attendance
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds
• Must be able to bend/squat and run at short burst up to 300 feet
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must obtain RBT 40 hour training certification prior to scheduled start date (trainings are provided to you at least 2 weeks before your scheduled start date)
