As a Behavior Technician, you’ll join a dedicated team committed to helping individuals reach their fullest potential. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll teach communication, social, and daily living skills, apply evidence-based ABA strategies to reduce challenging behaviors, and create positive, supportive environments. This is a hands‑on role where every day brings the chance to make a meaningful difference, while growing your own career in ABA.

Tradewinds Education Center — Support students ages 5–21 with significant behavioral and developmental challenges in a therapeutic learning environment. Tradewinds offers a comprehensive curriculum, vocational training, therapies, and enrichment activities all designed to help students build independence and essential life skills.

New Discoveries Learning Center — Work with preschoolers ages 3–5 in an inclusive setting that prepares them for kindergarten. This program emphasizes hands‑on learning, social development, and early intervention services such as speech, occupational, and physical therapy.

Youth & Adult Residential Programs — Provide care and support in our Children’s Residential Program (CRP) and Adult Residential Programs, creating home‑like environments where individuals can thrive.
