At Behavioral Framework, we help children and young adults (up to age 21) build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Part-Time Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing personalized behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This role is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, education, social work, behavioral health, or working with children. No prior ABA experience is required - we provide free training and certification.
Our technicians typically work 4-5 afternoon/evening shifts per week with the same client for 4-5 hour sessions, building consistent relationships that help children make meaningful progress.
