Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in Charlotte, NC. You will work under a BCBA supervisor and implement individualized intervention plans in the home setting.

This role requires weekday and weekend availability, data collection, and ongoing participation in training. A BA in a related field or pursuing related education, and at least 1 year of ABA experience are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

About The Position

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data

Schedule: M-F 10:00AM TO 1:00PM (Home services)
