Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC in Chantilly, VA is seeking staff to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to help children learn and gain independence. You will track progress and follow personalized treatment plans within a collaborative team that shares our values.

No prior experience required—paid training provided, with promotion opportunities in as little as 3 months and strong support for your professional growth. We offer comprehensive medical, dental & vision, 401(k), mental health support, and PTO/holiday

State-Specific RBT Requirements:

• RBT required before working with clients (no grace period): Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina
• RBT required within 90 days of hire: Northern California, Maryland, New Mexico, Virginia
• RBT required for candidates without a bachelor's degree: Massachusetts, New Hampshire
