Job summary

Little Leaves is seeking a Behavior Technician in Ashburn, VA to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will learn and apply individualized treatment plans while collaborating with a supportive team.

No prior experience required—paid training provided, with ongoing growth and benefits tailored to full-time staff. This is a permanent full-time position with competitive compensation and a path for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older on start date
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Virginia requires RBT within 90 days of hire

State-Specific RBT Requirements:

• RBT required before working with clients (no grace period): Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina
• RBT required within 90 days of hire: Northern California, Maryland, New Mexico, Virginia
• RBT required for candidates without a bachelor’s degree: Massachusetts, New Hampshire
