Ultimate Sustainability Llc is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician in Chanhassen, Minnesota. Job description

As a Behavior Technician, you will support our program Participants by actively engaging them through one-on-one interactions, group and structured activities, and a variety of pre-planned community outings.

Our program work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Must follow safety protocols and ensure there is a healthy, clean environment at all times.
• Provide positive support to Participants during activities, such as physical exercise, arts and crafts, and recreational games.
• Engage with participants during mealtimes and snack breaks.
• Accompany Participants on all community outings, providing supervision and assistance to keep them safe and engaged.
• Provide group transportation on outings with your personal vehicle, mileage is reimbursed.
• Support the execution of Participant's services and protocols per their treatment plan, and complete Goals Notes for each Participant daily.
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Must be knowledgeable of and adhere to all Behavior Technician regulatory requirements of a 245D licensed day program provider (company provides training upon hire).
• Must have a reliable and clean vehicle to transport Participants, a current driver’s license, registration, and auto insurance.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with Participants, team members, and the community population.
• CPR/First Aid AED Certification (company provides upon hire).
