Able to pass DOJ/FBI background check + TB test.
Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
ABA experience, while not required, is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA services to individuals with autism.
Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill development programs.
Collect and record behavioral data accurately.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide high-quality 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities across home, school, and community settings. Under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll:

Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill development programs
Collect and record behavioral data with accuracy and purpose
Communicate respectfully and professionally with caregivers, clients, and your BCBA
Support client progress using trauma‑assumed care and person‑centered practices
Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedbackMaintain confidentiality and uphold safety with every interaction

Already trained? If you bring prior experience, you won’t need to redo the 40‑hour ABA training.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$22–$25 per hour, based on experience
