Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver center-based, one-on-one ABA services in collaboration with BCBAs. This role involves working with children aged 2–15, implementing individualized plans, and collecting progress data.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for helping children and prefer a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities preferred, though training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to commute to assigned work locations.
• Maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information (HIPAA).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/BCaBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors' needs and requests.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically engage with children aged 2–15 years during sessions.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. Our BTs are an essential part of the treatment team, providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients in a center-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
• Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities
