Job summary

Wisconsin Early Autism Project is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, using play to build communication, confidence, and independence. You will track progress and follow personalized treatment plans as part of a supportive, collaborative team.

No prior experience required—paid training is provided. This on-site role offers promotions in as little as 3 months and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health plans, and retirement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and reliable transportation.
