Job summary

Encompass Therapy Center is hiring experienced Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with ASD in center or home settings in Michigan. The role supports BCBA supervision and focuses on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors.

Full-time, in-person position with a set Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation ranges from $14.50 to $19.00 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health and retirement offerings.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Psychology, Social Work, Sociology) strongly preferred
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide quality one-to-one ABA to children with ASD focusing on communication, social, play, and adaptive skills
• Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
• Maintain objective daily session notes

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment

Position Summary:

Encompass Therapy Center is hiring experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a center or home-based setting. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans to decrease problem behaviors, and skill acquisition goals to increase socially appropriate behaviors which are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are currently hiring a full-time (30-40 hours/week) Behavior Technician to provide services in Bay County and Auburn, MI.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide quality one-to-one ABA to children with ASD focusing on communication, social, play, and adaptive skills
• Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
