Job summary

My Favorite Therapists (MFT) is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and families. You will be supervised by a BCBA and deliver ABA therapy to improve communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include 40-hour RBT training (paid), CPR training (paid), and 1:1 work with clients across home, school, and community settings. Opportunities for growth and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, spend time on your feet, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete 40-hour RBT training course (paid) and pass the BACB RBT exam within 30 days of employment.
• Complete CPR training (paid) within 30 days of hire.
• Work 1:1 with MFT clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Record data electronically as directed by the BCBA.
• Complete daily notes after each session and upload into databases.
• Maintain communication with BCBA regarding client progress.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed by the BCBA team.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the work day.

As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to work directly with individuals receiving ABA therapy and will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure the most effective delivery of ABA programming. RBTs work with clients on improving communication, social, and daily living skills. This is a collaborative role, and as an RBT with My Favorite Therapists, you will work closely with a large team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs where your input is valued.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete 40-hour RBT training course (paid) and successfully pass the BACB RBT exam (if not already certified) within 30 days of employment.
• Complete CPR training (paid) within 30 days of hire.
• Work 1:1 with MFT clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Electronic data collection as it relates to programming developed by the BCBA.
• Complete daily notes following the conclusion of each session and upload them into relevant databases.
• Maintain open lines of communication with BCBA regarding progress of client.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed by the BCBA team.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the work day.
