About This Role

Orange City, Florida, United States – BASS ABA Therapy is an ABA service provider dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through comprehensive ABA therapy.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on delivering ABA programming, collecting data, and supporting clients in various settings including centers, homes, schools, and the community.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete the 40‑hour paid RBT training course and pass the BACB RBT exam (if not already certified) within 30 days of employment.
• Complete paid CPR training within 30 days of hire.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to BASS clients.
• Collect electronic data related to BCBA‑developed programming.
• Complete daily notes after each session and upload them into relevant databases.
• Maintain open communication with BCBA regarding client progress.
• Deliver ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed.
• Flexibly work at multiple locations throughout the workday.
