Behavior Analysis Support Services, Inc. (BASS) invites you to join as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work directly with children receiving ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA to implement ABA programming and collect data.

Responsibilities include 1:1 sessions, data collection, and daily notes, with paid training and opportunities for growth across centers, homes, and community settings.

Behavior Analysis Support Services, Inc. (BASS) was established in 2003 and was built on Behavior Analysts’ passion to serve the needs of children and families seeking answers. Since its inception, BASS has worked tirelessly to ensure that the children it serves reach their potential. It is this continuing effort that is directly responsible for the expansion of BASS throughout the state of Florida with intensive ABA centers specifically arranged to serve the needs of families.

About This Role

Join our team at BASS ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a positive impact on children and their families. As an RBT, you will work directly with individuals receiving ABA therapy, supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to deliver effective ABA programming. RBTs help clients improve communication, social, and daily living skills across centers and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 40‑hour RBT training course (paid) and successfully pass the BACB RBT exam within 30 days of employment.
• Complete CPR training (paid) within 30 days of hire.
• Work 1:1 with BASS clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Collect electronic data related to programming developed by the BCBA.
• Complete daily notes after each session and upload them into relevant databases.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA regarding client progress.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed by the BCBA team.
• Be flexible to work at multiple locations throughout the workday.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, crouch, run, spend time on your feet, and lift items up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check

• Previous work experience with children with developmental disabilities
• Experience working with children between the ages of 1-8
