Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Kansas is hiring for part-time ABA assistant roles in home and community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, support independence, and collaborate with a clinical team to implement care plans.

No ABA experience required; paid training is provided. A high school diploma is enough to start, with opportunities to advance in a growing field. We offer flexible, afternoon/evening hours and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Know:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
