Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, delivers education services for K-12 students needing additional supports.

SESI partners with districts to run in-district classrooms and standalone schools meeting academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of special and alternative students nationwide. Join our team to provide customized behavior support as part of a multidisciplinary team, using evidence-based PBIS CASE framework and data-driven instructional models.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive needs.
• Emotional consistency and resilience to handle stressful situations.
• Flexibility to support safety and well-being of staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse students in educational settings to support behavioral needs.
• Monitor and support across classrooms and transitions.
• Develop and implement behavior support plans.
• Document incidents and progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to tailor support.
