Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Behavior Support Professional in Marlton, NJ. The role involves conducting functional behavior assessments and collaborating with individuals, families, and teams to develop effective Behavior Support Plans.

You will train and mentor the support team, ensure accurate documentation, and revise plans as needed to support client goals. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have 2+ years of experience writing and implementing BSPs, including work with IDD and

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
2+ years' experience developing and implementing Behavior Support Plans under supervision.
Experience with adults with IDD, mental health, autism.
Ability to train and mentor others.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with the person, their family and team to develop and maintain a BSP.
Trains and mentors the support team on BSP implementation.
Completes documentation including data collection and progress reporting.
Maintains BSP development and revision according to policy.
