Qualifications

• Certification or ability to be fully certified by the Indiana Department of Education.
• 5–7 years of experience as a skillful practitioner in education-related roles.
• Working knowledge of IDEA, 504 rules, and related practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior supports, interventions, and coaching for school teams.
• Analyze data to identify antecedents and functions of behavior and plan appropriate strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, social workers, and USS members to implement MTSS-backed interventions.
• Maintain records and communicate progress to USS administration.
