Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Overland Park, KS is seeking part-time ABA professionals to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings after-school hours. Schedule: Mon-Fri 4:00pm-7:00pm, Sat 9:00am-2:00pm. Pay: $17-25/hr based on experience.

No prior experience is required; full training provided. Must complete the 40-hour RBT course, be 18+, have a high school diploma, and have reliable transportation. This is an entry point into the ABA field with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable method of transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
