Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking part-time caregivers to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in Overland Park, KS. Training is provided and no prior experience is required; a 40-hour RBT course is required before starting.

Schedule is Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturday, with paid training and opportunities to grow in the ABA field. Competitive pay ranges are offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training before working.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
