Job summary

BK Behavior in Burlington seeks caring individuals to support children with Autism through one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will use evidence-based interventions, collect data, and work with families to promote independence and positive behavior.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided. Roles start part-time, with after-school hours (Mon–Fri after 4pm), offering a chance to grow within our ABA team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation needed to clients' homes or community sites.
• Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.

• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
