Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience required and paid training is offered. Positions start part-time with opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

Responsibilities include implementing skill-building plans, recording data, and collaborating with families and clinicians to improve outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.
• Reliable method of transportation.

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
